Your information is reviewed by a licensed medical provider. The provider evaluates your health information and determines whether the requested treatment is medically appropriate for you. Additional information may be requested when necessary.

4. Treatment & Follow-Up
If treatment is medically approved, prescription services and applicable treatment instructions are handled through the partnered-provider platform. Follow-up and ongoing medical guidance are provided as appropriate for your treatment.

Telehealth & Convenient

These services are designed to provide convenient access to provider-supported care without requiring an in-person appointment at Jacobs Lab Services. Medical intake, provider evaluation, treatment approval, and prescription services are completed through our partnered-provider platform.
