Ready To Move Forward?

At your consultation, if you’re ready to move forward, we’ll help you complete your secure patient intake and select your weight-management option. Jacobs Lab Services does not accept insurance for weight-loss services. All services are self-pay through the patient portal. Your information is then submitted to one of our partnered medical providers for review.

Provider Review & Support

A licensed medical provider reviews your information and follows up through the patient portal, typically within 24 hours. Treatment recommendations and prescriptions, when medically appropriate, are determined by the medical provider. In-person weight checks and progress monitoring are available at Jacobs Lab Services throughout your journey.
