This consultation is designed for adults interested in taking a more proactive approach to healthy aging, energy and vitality, immune support, cellular health, recovery, and maintaining overall wellness as the body changes over time. You may benefit from learning more about available options if you are experiencing concerns such as decreased energy, changes in stamina or recovery, age-related wellness changes, or simply want to explore provider-supported options for maintaining your overall health and quality of life. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns, lifestyle and wellness goals and educate you about the Longevity & Immunity options currently available. We’ll explain what the different options are designed to address and answer your questions so you have a better understanding before deciding whether you would like to move forward. When medical treatment is being considered, you will complete the appropriate medical intake and your information will be submitted to one of our partnered licensed medical providers for evaluation. Your medical provider reviews your individual health information and determines whether treatment is medically appropriate and what treatment plan, if any, is appropriate for you. This consultation does not mean you are committing to treatment. Its purpose is to help you understand the available services, discuss your goals, and determine your next steps. Please Note: Treatment is not guaranteed and requires medical-provider evaluation and approval. If you receive a treatment plan and decide to move forward, treatment is self-pay. Insurance is not accepted for these services.
