This consultation is ideal for adults who have heard about peptide therapy but aren’t sure what the different options mean or whether peptide therapy may be appropriate for their individual needs. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Different peptides have different functions, which means peptide therapy is not one medication or one treatment. Depending on the specific option and your individual needs, peptide therapies may be evaluated for concerns involving recovery, energy, body composition, physical performance, healthy aging, sexual wellness, and other provider-directed health and wellness goals. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns and goals and educate you about the peptide therapy options currently available through our partnered medical providers. We’ll explain the purpose of the available options and the next steps so you can better understand them before deciding whether you are interested in moving forward. You are not expected to know which peptide or treatment you need before your consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to educate you about the available options—not for you to select a prescription medication on your own. If you decide you are interested in moving forward, you will complete the appropriate medical intake. Your information will then be submitted to one of our partnered licensed medical providers for medical evaluation. The provider determines whether peptide therapy is medically appropriate and what treatment, if any, is appropriate for you.
